Outbound for medical device companies, built to be handed over.

Outbound for medical device companies

Engineer the handoff before you write the pitch.

Your best accounts arrived through a distributor, a clinician who spoke up for you, a booth at the right show. That is a network. We build the part that reaches the hospitals, labs and buying groups who have never heard of you, and we deliver each conversation to your rep already started.

The constraint

Treat your network as an input you cannot turn up.

Referrals and trade shows built most device companies. They are good inputs. They are also inputs with no dial. A distributor sells whatever moves easily this quarter. A show happens when the calendar says it does. A champion changes jobs.

Growth that depends on who already knows you stops where your network stops. We treat that as a design problem. If the required output is new conversations with buyers who do not know you, the system needs an input that does not depend on being known.

The inventory

Check which channels are switched on.

There are four ways to reach a buyer who has not met you yet. Most device companies run one of them with any discipline, and it is nearly always referrals.

Usually running

Referrals

Distributors, clinicians and past customers who mention you. Valuable, and outside your control.

Usually idle

Outbound

Researched, direct contact with named buyers at accounts you choose.

Usually idle

Content

Material that answers the questions a value analysis committee asks before it calls anyone.

Usually idle

Paid

Targeted placement in front of the roles who influence a purchase.

The idle ones were often tried once, without an owner, and quietly stopped. We design, build and run the channels you never turned on, with outbound at the core.

The protocol

Run every conversation through the same handoff.

  1. Research

Each message starts with one named buyer: their facility, their role in the purchase, what their department is evaluating. If we cannot find a real reason to write to that person, we do not write.

  2. Write

Every message is written for that one reader. No template with a name swapped in.

  3. Review

A person on our side reads it before anything goes out. Anyone who asks us to stop is stopped, and stays stopped.

  4. Hand off

When a buyer agrees to talk, your rep receives the full context: who they are, what they asked, and what was said. Your rep walks into a conversation that is already warm.

The transfer

Plan the transfer on day one.

A device design is not finished until it moves cleanly into production. We hold our own work to that rule. We run the channels until they produce pipeline, then we transfer the whole line to you.

The playbook
Who to reach, why they would care, and how each step is run.
The data
Every account and buyer we researched, in your systems.
The sequences
The messages and follow ups that earned replies, kept as working documents.
Your people
Trained to run it without us. We do not stay embedded.

Around the outbound core we can add an authority layer: press, short video, a site that answers a buyer’s questions in their own terms, and search work so your name appears when a buyer asks an AI assistant for a shortlist.

Ask for a Buyer Map.

A short written read of your company: which channels you run, which sit idle, and where an engine would fit. It is free. There is no deck and no obligation. If we work together later, we agree a baseline with you first, so everything is measured against where you started.
